Base salary range: $91,883.00 – $122,544.00 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
Responsibilities
Operate independently and provide support to the Platform Operations Lead.
Use technical expertise in a variety of analytical and technical assignments.
Diagnose solutions for services in the storage, computing, and infrastructure software environment.
Requirements
Broad experience across both private datacentre and cloud hosted platforms.
Strong understanding of enterprise application architectures and underpinning services.
Motivated to learn and develop new ways of delivering agile hosting platforms and foundation services leveraging Infrastructure as Code.
Highly developed skills in Microsoft Azure IaaS, Directory Services, Online Services like Exchange and Teams, VMWare Horizon VDI, and skills in both Windows and Linux.
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency.
ITIL Certification or demonstrated experience in ITIL processes is desirable.
Substantial relevant computing experience in standards, documentation, operations and technical maintenance of platforms and applications in a diverse hosting environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret needs and recommend appropriate solutions within a changing environment.
