Responsibilities
Responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of Disability Support.

Requirements

Extensive experience with Identity and Access Management IAM, including: Strategy and roadmap definition, IAM governance principles and structure, IAM policies, standards and architectural principles, Role-based access management and identity governance, Identity data model standardisation, Identity operating model, Access management standards (e.g. SAML, OAuth, SCIM), Trust Models, Privileged access management.
Relevant industry certification(s), e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, IAM-specific certifications are highly desired.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring that the underlying problem is understood, and a robust approach / solution is developed.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills including the ability to develop effective relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
