Manage resources and coordinate finances for the cancer registries.
Prepare essential project documentation and updates to advance program objectives.
Organise and support events, both virtual and face-to-face, including managing complex bookings, agendas, and action items.
Ensure efficient running of meetings and conferences through proactive communication and follow-up.
Balance a range of tasks from managing finances to delivering timely advice and reports.
Requirements
Strong administrative expertise and relevant qualifications or experience.
Demonstrated success in coordinating projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with clinical registries and operational processes is highly regarded.

Responsibilities
Responsible for a broad range of tasks involved in international application processing.
Assessing applications, issuing application outcomes and processing acceptances for prospective international students.
Providing support in response to offshore and onshore recruitment events and periods of high-volume application processing.
Working closely with the other International Admissions teams and the International Recruitment staff to ensure maximum enrolment yield from applications to offers, acceptances and enrolments.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of international admissions, including program entry requirements and selection requirements.
Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team and demonstrated commitment to contributing to a positive team environment.
Developed organisational skills and initiative, including strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks end to end.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work under pressure and to meet deadlines, often with competing demands, in a complex team environment.
Demonstrated high level customer service skills with effective communication skills, including the ability to consult effectively with a wide range of culturally diverse stakeholders.
