The People & Culture Assist team plays a critical role within the People and Culture function, serving as one of the first points of contact for employees seeking HR-related assistance. This team delivers both written and verbal advice that is accurate, timely, and tailored to meet the needs of our employees, all while managing conflicting priorities and expectations from both managers and staff.
We are currently seeking a People & Culture Officer who will be primarily responsible for delivering professional advice and services to support the effective operation of People & Culture Assist, as well as the broader People & Culture team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop generalist HR skills in a supportive environment. Under the general direction of the Manager of People & Culture Assist, the People & Culture Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR services.
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

Completion of a degree relevant to Human Resources without subsequent relevant work experience
