HEW 7 $101,858 - $112,156 + 17% Superannuation (pro rata, part time)
Responsibilities
Organise and implement work integrated learning (WIL) activities including career events.
Provide high-level coordination and service to develop initiatives for sustainable relationships with host organisations and industry partners.
Simplify complex WIL information, identify key issues, and provide accurate conclusions and next steps.
Seek feedback from stakeholders on improvement opportunities to WIL processes and implement changes.
Monitor the national and international WIL space for innovative responses to emerging challenges.
Develop, plan, and implement programs to increase WIL participation and enhance student learning experiences.
Foster relationships with stakeholders to develop, manage, and support student placement opportunities.
Requirements
A Degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and coordination expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Experience in student advising, career education, or international education.
Experience in working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders and/or clients from business, government, or community sectors and students.
Experience in negotiating new stakeholder agreements.

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the University’s safety programmes and initiatives within the School.
Take a leading role in OHS audits and degree accreditation visits, preparing and presenting evidence, interpreting criteria, developing corrective actions and closing out findings relating to safety and distributed clinical practices.
Assist work area supervisors to identify safety hazards, perform risk assessments and implement risk control measures.
Maintain current knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, compliance codes and University policies on all workplace OHS matters.
Promote incident reporting and investigation in a timely manner.
Requirements
A tertiary qualification in science, training in occupational health and safety or a related field, and relevant work experience in the higher education sector; or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
Understanding of OHS audit methodology, particularly ISO 45001.
Experience working in a science teaching and research environment.
Demonstrated ability to investigate OHS problems and issues and recommend practical solutions.
Must be comfortable around animals and willing to work in and around animal areas.

Responsibilities
Configure and customise connectors, workflows, and APIs within MuleSoft, Airflow, and Kafka to meet business needs.
Develop, test, and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange between systems like Snowflake, focusing on MuleSoft, Airflow, Appflow, and Kafka for integration.
Use Apache Airflow and Snowflake (preferred) to build scalable, reliable data pipelines, including using DBT to transform data in the Snowflake warehouse.
Provide ongoing support for integration platforms such as Airflow and MuleSoft (CloudHub and Flex Gateway), including monitoring, troubleshooting, enhancing features, and optimizing performance.
Work with cross-functional IT support teams to resolve incidents and troubleshoot system issues.
Provide day-to-day support for business users, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely solutions.
Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions, ensuring scalability and high availability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for MuleSoft, Airflow, Appflow, and Kafka, and recommend system enhancements.
Design and develop integration solutions for the Student 360 project, including APIs, batch processing, and event-driven services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 6 years of total experience in integration development, with at least 1 year of specific expertise in MuleSoft (Cloud Hub and Flex Gateway) and 2 years+ experience in using four or more of the following: Apache Airflow, FastAPI, Kafka, Kubernetes, container technology, AWS Appflow, and CI/CD.
Proficient in Python and SQL.
Strong understanding of integration patterns such as batch processing, event-driven, API, Pub/Sub, along with knowledge of the advantages and limitations of different technologies in various contexts.
Solid understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Engineering technologies, including DBT and Snowflake.
Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and AWS services.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git.
Relevant certifications in MuleSoft, Airflow, Snowflake, and AWS are preferred.
