The Opportunity
Join the School of Psychological Sciences as the Clinical Integration Officer and play a pivotal role in delivering high-level administrative support to advance the School’s strategies, programs and initiatives. This position involves working closely with the Clinical Services Coordinator to plan and execute specialised administrative tasks that support clinical placements and the daily operations of the Turner Clinics. Additionally, the Clinical Integration Officer provides essential support for various projects and events, ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services and research activities at the School, Turner Institute and Turner Clinics.
In this dynamic role, the Clinical Integration Officer will also offer guidance and support to facilitate the delivery of clinical training at the Turner Clinics. Responsibilities may include orienting staff, clinicians and students, assisting visitors, conducting building tours and liaising with the University’s central services such as HR, Finance and IT.
We are seeking someone with excellent administration and organisational skills and a demonstrated capacity to develop and implement effective operational processes and systems with a strong commitment to excellence in customer service and a hands-on approach to service provision.
