Responsibilities
Professional technical support for the conduct of practical classes, including set-up, maintenance and provision of teaching and learning spaces.
Demonstrations on the efficient use of exercise equipment and materials, techniques and procedures of specialist equipment, software and online services to staff and students.
Analysis of technical information and data, whilst participating in the development of existing and new practical experiments, and supporting academic research activities as directed.
Appropriate and safe handling & set-up of anatomical models and Anatomage tables for teaching use.
Requirements
A Diploma or Degree level qualification in a related discipline or field with subsequent relevant work experience (or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training).
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relevant laboratory equipment used within sport & exercise, allied health disciplines such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy and anatomy.
Demonstrated ability to interpret, promote, apply and maintain workplace health and safety principles, standards and practices.
An ability to contribute to the continuous service delivery improvement through the ongoing implementation and review of processes.

Requirements
Completion of a PhD in a relevant area.
A record of publications and conference presentations that provide evidence of strong research potential.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively with staff and students from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Experience in the preparation of research proposal and ethics submissions, and funding applications to internal or external funding bodies.
Experience with research designs relevant to scholarship of learning and teaching research, such as surveys, qualitative research, benchmarking, observational studies, and clinical trials.
Must be registered with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
