Responsibilities
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions for the Gahgook Indigenous Cultural Education Program.
Work with internal and external specialists in Indigenous cultural education and anti-racism education to co-design learning solutions.
Collaborate with Indigenous Strategy, Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Well-developed knowledge and understanding of Indigenous societies, cultures and issues affecting Indigenous Australians.
Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Indigenous Australian students, staff, community Elders and Indigenous community organisations.
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in leading similar L&D/OD programs at scale, in a complex organisation.
Experience in designing and implementing capability development, learning programs and strategies, within a complex organisation.
Understanding of the principles and application of adult learning theory and experience working with external partners to co-design learning programs.

Responsibilities
Lead integration activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and operations of system interfaces and APIs.
Collaborate with internal/external support teams on incident resolution, manage team performance, mentor staff, and establish key performance indicators.

Requirements
