Follow infection control protocols and model protocols for students
Prepare, sterilize and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment to support clinic operations
Maintain inventory of clinic materials, supplies, and instruments
Quality assessment and maintenance of dental instruments
Report clinical equipment failures and maintain clinical equipment, as directed
Maintain/record logs related to equipment operations, sterilization, and dispensing
Participate in required training and mandatory in-services
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School diploma and any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
2 or more years of experience in clinic, hospital clinic, or dental office (preferred)
Preferred knowledge of dental instruments and terminology
Ability to effectively interact with faculty, professional staff, and students, and patients
Experience with computers, printers, copy machine operation, and telephone operation
Strong commitment to excellent customer service and contributing to a positive clinical environment

Support the Retail Team to deliver high quality customer service including transacting sales and assisting in the day-to-day retail operations.
Provide reliable and efficient service to the supermarket including assisting with stock purchasing and replenishment.
Accurate receipting of goods, shelf packing, stock-takes, pricing, setting gross margins & stock write/offs.
Requirements
Experience in a fast paced Supermarket/Retail environment with a hands on approach and a focus on high quality customer service.
Administrative skills and computer literacy as required to assist with stock control, daily receipt of goods, and stock markdown/write off procedures.
Experience using a point of sale system such as Worldsmart with demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes.
Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
Experience in purchasing stock from suppliers and replenishing stock.
Ability to work as an effective member of a team as well as independently under broad supervision.
Ability to undertake shift supervision.

Responsibilities
Support the Director in developing and implementing retail strategies across Monash University campuses, ensuring high-quality, customer focused services
Managing retail finances and operations including supplier relationships and inventory management while meeting budget targets and providing regular reports
Evaluate and recommend investment and growth opportunities to sustain university revenue
Lead and develop a team of professionals, including resource planning, coaching, and performance management for continuous improvement
Drive strategic improvement initiatives, enhancing web presence, online trade, stock management, store fit outs and space utilisation
Requirements
Exceptional management and leadership skills with strategic and authoritative advice capabilities
Proven ability to innovate strategies for commercial success and long-term growth in a retail environment
Strong leadership in developing and motivating staff across all levels
