Responsibilities
Assisting in the management of a multi-site initiative, Transition Compass, aimed at supporting young people with chronic illness as they transition from paediatric to adult care.
Supporting the preparation and submission of ethics and grant applications, as well as the development of progress reports, study newsletters, and research manuals.
Coordinating the development of video modules and digital solutions in collaboration with design and tech firms.
Managing study participation activities using the REDCap survey platform, including distributing surveys, tracking responses, following-up participants, managing the study email, and organising meetings and minutes.
Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all research data.
Supporting the development of research manuscripts for publication and slides for conference presentation.
Requirements
A relevant tertiary qualification in health, psychology, science or a related discipline or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
Previous experience providing research assistance for studies in a health-related field, such as psycho-oncology, or clinical trials research will be highly regarded.
Understanding of the physical and psychosocial implications of chronic illness in children and young people or adults will be highly regarded.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Previous experience writing for publication will be highly regarded.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Excellent motivation and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
Knowledge of and aptitude to learn various IT software, such as research-related computer programs (REDCap, SPSS, NVivo, and Endnote).

Total remuneration valued to $168,512 - $182,954 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $142,625 - $154,969 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level C), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Responsibilities
Develop and deliver on-campus and online clinical psychology programs.
Provide expertise and leadership in the implementation, development and delivery of both on-campus and online content within the core units of programs in the discipline of Psychology.
Contribute to excellence in teaching and learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, which may include research supervision of students in fourth year and/or postgraduate psychology programs and clinical supervision of students in postgraduate psychology programs.
