Salary
$89,383 - $96,550 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation
Responsibilities
Provide essential support to the University's Insurance program and Risk Services branch.
Coordinate and administer the University’s diverse insurance portfolio and insurance provision account.
Manage adverse event notifications and claims management.
Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of insurance processes.
Business and/or industry experience with managing claims (notifications, reporting and settlements).
Demonstrated experience in the collection, manipulation, analysis and reporting of data.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service culture.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and reporting requirements.
This position requires a National Police Check.

Salary
Base salary range: $129,497 to $137,029 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement an assurance framework to support the Employee Payment Project.
Conduct regular audits, reviews, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with laws and UWA policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement preventative controls and process improvements.
Requirements
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in assurance, compliance, or auditing.
Proven experience in conducting reviews and audits, ideally within HR or employee relations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex data and identify risks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports.
A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
