Salary
  • $89,383 - $96,550 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation

Responsibilities
  • Provide essential support to the University's Insurance program and Risk Services branch.
  • Coordinate and administer the University’s diverse insurance portfolio and insurance provision account.
  • Manage adverse event notifications and claims management.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of insurance processes.
  • Business and/or industry experience with managing claims (notifications, reporting and settlements).
  • Demonstrated experience in the collection, manipulation, analysis and reporting of data.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service culture.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and reporting requirements.
  • This position requires a National Police Check.
