Provide leadership and direction to the course administration team nationally.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including professional services National Team Leaders, Professional Services Hub (PSH), State and Deputy Heads on campus, Student Administration directorate and Center for Education and Innovation.
Support the National School of Education (NSE) in implementing and maintaining robust course governance and course administration processes.
Manage student matters such as Student Waivers, Academic Honesty, Student Appeals and Student Results.
Oversee accreditation and course/unit moderation process.
Support postgraduate cohort arrangements including renewal of MoUs and Fee sponsorship agreements.
Assist in supporting alternative pathway programs/cohorts in liaison with Student Services.
Support the Admissions process for ITE programs in liaison with Faculty Office and Admissions Directorate.
Assist in supporting the GTPA and LANTITE process.
