Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to the Vice-President, Public Affairs and Partnerships.
- Manage a diverse portfolio that spans Advancement and Alumni, Government Relations, Community Engagement, and more.
- Handle executive-level tasks including diary and correspondence management, guest reception, human resources, and finance administration.
- Ensure smooth operations across the division.
- Help the Vice-President achieve high-level objectives.

- Extensive experience in proactively managing reputational issues and mitigating risks.
- Adept at problem-solving under tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality work and sound strategic advice.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and advisory skills, particularly in collaborating with senior leaders.
