Responsibilities
Maximise applications and enrolments of prospective students.
Support the implementation of the sales and conversion operational plan for ACU programs.
Nurture prospective ACU students through their enquiry, application and enrolment journey.
Maintain a thorough understanding of ACU courses, application and enrolment process, campus amenities and student services.
Deliver a high standard of customer service that communicates the unique ACU offer to prospective students.
Involvement in future student programs, activities and events.
Requirements
A degree in a marketing or communications related discipline, or equivalent experience in sales and marketing functions, preferably within the higher education sector.
Demonstrated relevant experience working in a call centre, or sales environment.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, particularly active listening skills and appropriate levels of empathy.
Experience with the use of information technology, particularly student/customer databases, or a proven ability to quickly acquire these skills.
Flexibility in working hours to meet service requirements outside standard business hours.
This position requires a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
