Responsibilities
- Provide high-level expertise, advice, and assistance to researchers to undertake research projects utilizing platform equipment.
- Contribute to data generation/interpretation and manuscript drafting/submission of peer-reviewed journals in collaboration with research groups.
- Develop training content & workshops for advanced microscopy applications.
- Provide effective training of research staff & students on platform equipment.
Requirements
- PhD (or equivalent experience) in the biological sciences using model organisms or organoids.
- Demonstrated research expertise in tissue clearing/lightsheet microscopy and other advanced optical microscopy applications.
- Expertise in relevant image analysis applications including FIJI/Image J & Imaris.
