Join us as a member of the material characterisation team at the Ian Holmes Imaging Centre. You will be responsible for providing instrument training to new and experienced users as well as scientific advice relevant to the facility, liaison with users to determine their requirements, and liaising with the other electron microscopy capabilities relevant to scanning and elemental analysis.
The Facility includes 10 electron microscopes, including 3 automated cryoTEM (Krios G4, Talos Arctica and Glacios) and a cryo FIB (Aquilos 2) as well as 2 Scanning Electron Microscopes, equipped with elemental analysis systems (EDS).
You will demonstrate leadership capabilities, be ready to explore new challenges, and integrate seamlessly into the diverse staff group at the Ian Holmes Imaging Centre.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
