Requirements
A recognized master’s degree relevant to the course being taught.
A formal qualification in the delivery of education OR minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience, including breadth of experience in delivering to students from non-English speaking backgrounds.
Strong and demonstrated record of accomplishment and experience in teaching which includes lesson plan development, assessment, and moderation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Capacity to identify learning problems in students, propose and implement effective strategies.
Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively as a constructive and proactive member of a team.
