$131,768 – $151,357 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of locally led and culturally appropriate monitoring, evaluation and learning services to partners in Indigenous Australia and internationally.
Build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of new grant proposals and tenders.
Develop and apply new knowledge, including piloting new approaches and co-authoring research publications.
Requirements
Passionate about social change with a strong commitment to locally led/Indigenous-led development.
Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification or equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
Demonstrated capability in the design and delivery of monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and approaches.
Understanding of worldviews, politics, and power in these processes.
Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across different contexts and cultures.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within Australia and internationally for up to 8 weeks per year.
