Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Advisor, University Appeals in the coordination of the end-to-end administration of all appeal activities.
- Ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement in all facets of appeal processing.
- Assist with other elements of the Integrity unit during peak times.
Requirements
- Experience in providing a full range of high level administrative and secretarial support in both an office and committee environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare high quality documentation, reports, and professional communications.
- Proven capacity to prioritise tasks, exercise discretionary judgement, and solve problems independently in a limited supervision environment.
- Ability to deal with a wide range of people including members of the University executive, senior academics, students, and their agents.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a high level of self-motivation and initiative; capacity to work with self-direction and excellent team skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and improve administrative systems and processes.
- High level of computer literacy including word processing, presentation software, email, internet, and electronic document management.
