Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and local oversight to the development, implementation, and continuous quality improvement of the professional practice education curricular within the Occupational Therapy undergraduate degree on the Canberra Campus.
- Make significant contributions to the development and implementation of the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Australian Catholic University by providing technical, clinical, teaching, and research support.
- Ensure the comprehensive management of the implementation of the Occupational Therapy course in consultation with relevant staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Experience in teaching, clinical practice, and research in Occupational Therapy.

The successful applicant will receive a tax-free stipend, at the current value of $35,013 per annum 2024 full-time rate, as per the Monash Research Training Program (RTP) Stipend.
Responsibilities
Undertake a PhD within the iPSC-based Cell Therapy laboratory.
Conduct research on improved methods for reprogramming, gene editing, and cell differentiation.
Develop iPSC-based cell therapies for diseases including Neural disorders, Ophthalmic diseases, Osteoarthritis, and Cancer.
Collaborate with a dynamic and supportive research team.
Develop a research area based on personal skills and expertise.
Requirements
Honours degree in immunology, cell biology, developmental biology, genetics or a related discipline.
Experience in cell biology and/or tissue culture; experience with pluripotent or somatic stem cells is advantageous.
Understanding of cell characterization methods and technologies (e.g., flow cytometry, qPCR, immunoassays, microscopy, molecular biology, histology).
Experience with multi-omic data processing, analysis or integration is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
Relevant formal qualifications in Occupational Therapy and registration (or eligibility for registration) as an Occupational Therapist by the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
Full registration in good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Professions Regulation Agency (or international equivalent).
Detailed knowledge of the accreditation standards for the development of occupational therapy programs.
Experience in tertiary level program design and curriculum development.
Clinical experience in hospital, industry or private practice, sufficient to train novice clinicians and provide professional development for peers.
Experience in clinician education, ideally within the university sector, including experience in the development and delivery of curriculum and assessments using multi-modal delivery approaches.
Strong interprofessional relationships within allied health and a proven commitment to interprofessional education and collaboration.
For Senior Lecturer: a research track record demonstrating a strong commitment to furthering knowledge in the discipline and engaging with industry. For Lecturer: a research track record or extensive clinical and/or tertiary teaching experience.
