Salary
$86,360 - $93,285 per annum plus employer contribution of 17% superannuation.
Responsibilities
Proactively deliver front facing student support across the coursework student lifecycle (onboarding to graduation).
Provide cohort/discipline-specific support and engagement, degree pathway advice, onboarding, program/course advice, student counselling and consultation, retention/engagement activities, and graduation completions.
Ensure the delivery of holistic student case management in line with the development of a proactive student-centric service culture with a focus on increased student retention, engagement and success.
Requirements
Proven record of actively contributing to the development of, and working effectively in, high-performance teams and record of championing a workplace culture.
Positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced and multifunctional workplace environment.
Proven high-level experience in the provision of front-facing student advice in a tertiary education environment, including the interpretation, application and customisation of complex rules, policy and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner and to work collaboratively to deliver student centric results.
Demonstrated high-level administrative experience, and using high level organisational and time management abilities, problem solving and initiative to deliver high quality outputs and manage competing deadlines.

The full-time base salary will range from $73,072 - $77,476 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 4)
Responsibilities
Working within a team to support record management for the student lifecycle.
Activities such as exam invigilation, coordination of student engagement events, managing requests for room bookings in the School’s specialist teaching rooms.
Contribution to main reception functions such as managing the borrowing of school equipment by staff and students.
General office duties including maintaining teaching supplies, stationery supplies, photocopying and collation of exam materials.
Processing student applications for overseas professional registration.
Requirements
Completion of a diploma level qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
High level computing skills, preferably using Microsoft Office software.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high level customer service.
Ability to work as part of a team and to organise workflow to meet competing demands and deadlines.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in written work.
An empathy with and ability to communicate with students, including those from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Knowledge of University student computer systems and packages e.g. SI-net, Business Objects, iSuite packages and the use of CRM systems is desirable.
