Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the delivery and promotion of Accommodation outreach programs, projects, events, activities, and initiatives to achieve operational and strategic goals.
Provide comprehensive project and event coordination, as well as production of written and visual content (email communication, website content, online mobile videos etc.).
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with portfolio teams, relevant faculty and division staff, PVCESE teams, UNSW Future Students, and external stakeholders such as agents, secondary schools, and scholarship organizations.
Coordinate workshops, seminars, training, forums, meetings, events, and manage follow-ups and project status reporting.
Work with stakeholders to update UNSW Accommodation sites and other web content.
Prepare and disseminate promotional communications and materials, including emails, flyers, reports, e-news, web, and social media content.
Collaborate with the Head of Colleges and Manager Operations (Accommodation) on program, project, and initiative plans and schedules.
Manage program and event management systems, including invitations, registrations, post-event administration, and project evaluation and reporting.
Support adherence to UNSW governance pathways to ensure consistent project management.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of policies, procedures, guidelines, and training materials related to programs, projects, and initiatives.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in event/project/program (including managing logistics, promotions, communications, budgeting, documentation and reporting).
Advanced communication skills, including demonstrated experience in content writing and editing (official communications, reports, promotional and web content), proofreading and the ability to research and analyse material and summarise key issues.
Demonstrated experience in video content creation, using mobile.
Demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively, respond to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and databases and understanding of or previous experience in website maintenance.
