HEWL 7 $94,374 - $104,359 + superannuation
Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic activities related to student placement coordination, community mentor engagement, and supervisor support.
Develop and facilitate meaningful remote, rural, and Aboriginal health clinical placements.
Provide supervision support for students and trainees across multiple disciplines.
Partner with feeder universities to cultivate a multidisciplinary, skilled, and team-ready workforce.
Requirements
Demonstrated people leadership skills with the ability to successfully supervise a team to deliver outcomes and build a positive workplace culture.
Proven administration experience preferably in a medical education or training environment.
Demonstrated ability to work under broad supervision delivering quality performance outcomes and contributing to business improvement initiatives.
Significant organisational, problem solving and administration skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines, and an established record of exercising judgement and initiative.
Demonstrated high-level verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to maintain highly effective working relationships and deal with complex customer matters.
Proven computer literacy and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite or equivalent; financial and information management systems; and electronic communication tools.
