Responsibilities
- Recruit participants and manage clinical and genetic data for epilepsy research.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate research appointments.
- Accurately enter data into a centralised database.
- Collect and analyse clinical and genetic data.
- Assist with grant applications and research manuscripts.
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in biological or medical science with an interest in genetics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage tasks individually and within a team.
- Proficient computer skills; experience in genetics, epilepsy, or counselling is desirable.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to undertake blood collection tasks and vaccinations.
- Current Working with Children Check.
