Assist the University Events team in merchandise production, logistics preparation, and other administrative tasks for RMIT 25th anniversary events in 2025.
Look for suitable suppliers to produce the merchandise.
Follow up with suppliers to obtain quotations, draft contracts, and process payments in a timely manner.
Facilitate the transportation, delivery, distribution, and storage of event merchandise.
Assist in event setup, tear-down, on-day logistics preparation and delivery.
Prepare paperwork for goods and service suppliers.
Other tasks as assigned by Events Technology Specialist & Senior Events Manager.
Requirements
Basic experience in administration work.
Experience in merchandise purchasing is an advantage.
Attention to details, organizational skills, interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Minimum requirement is IELTS General 6.0 (or equivalent Linguaskill 160).
