Responsibilities
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions for the Gahgook Indigenous Cultural Education Program.
Work with internal and external specialists in Indigenous cultural education and anti-racism education to co-design learning solutions.
Collaborate with Indigenous Strategy, Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Well-developed knowledge and understanding of Indigenous societies, cultures and issues affecting Indigenous Australians.
Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Indigenous Australian students, staff, community Elders and Indigenous community organisations.
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in leading similar L&D/OD programs at scale, in a complex organisation.
Experience in designing and implementing capability development, learning programs and strategies, within a complex organisation.
Understanding of the principles and application of adult learning theory and experience working with external partners to co-design learning programs.

Salary
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $70,419 - $74,299 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $82,390 - $86,929 per annum (pro rata).
Responsibilities
Design and produce a range of high-quality print and digital media to promote the profile of, and engagement with, various student associations.
Liaise with Student Associations team members to determine design requirements and advise on suitable solutions in keeping with industry standards and trends that relate to students.
Update and maintain Student Associations websites.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient, timely and cost-effective solutions.
Maintain and manage design assets.
Requirements
Early career or experienced Graphic Designer with an eye for detail and creativity.
Strong communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator), MS Office (Word and PowerPoint), and email systems such as Vision6.
Permanent ongoing unrestricted working rights; VISA sponsorship is not available.
