Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Career Development, and SEED teams, including Learning Designers to create engaging educational media assets, including videos, scripts, and presentations.
Manage all aspects of planning, direction, and production, including camera operation, lighting, sound, and post-production processes.
Coach and develop talent, ensure quality control, and provide support across all stages of production.
Prepare planning documents, track progress, and manage file management and infrastructure.
Develop and source media content for SEED social media platforms, and contribute to the social media and promotional strategy for career development and SEED.

Requirements
Hold a relevant degree/diploma or demonstrate equivalent experience.
Possess strong technical skills in digital media capture, editing, and video post-production, particularly in a documentary, higher education, or training environment. Have extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Premiere Pro CC). Have a solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Demonstrate organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently and collaboratively.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effectively liaise with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Familiar with educational software (LMS, ePortfolios) and understand their application in a university setting, as well as social media tools, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
