The remuneration for this position is pro-rated from $71,626 - $77,858 p.a. + superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience
Responsibilities
Supporting the planning, setup, and maintenance of the Simulation Learning Environment.
Monitoring and maintaining equipment and consumables, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
Collaborating with staff to meet laboratory requirements and maintain effective resource management.
Ensuring adherence to Work Health and Safety policies.
Providing administrative support, maintaining accurate and accessible records.
Requirements
Completion of a diploma level qualification with relevant work related experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education.
Demonstrated understanding of, or capacity to learn, develop and maintain a working knowledge of equipment commonly found in a clinical setting.
Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to participate in a team environment demonstrating clear communication and mutual respect.
Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to organise workflows to meet competing demands and adaptability to a range of workplace expectations and responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to apply a broad knowledge and experience to solve practical problems including ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated computing skills with experience in word processing, database applications, and spreadsheets and email applications.
Knowledge of, and experience in adhering to workplace policies and procedures in the areas of work health safety, equity, diversity and promoting a respectful workplace culture.
Current driver’s license.

This continuing position is full time or part time (job share will be considered) at a HEW 4 Higher Education Level and will primarily be located at Callaghan Campus with an expectation to work at Central Coast Clinical School as required.
The University is undergoing refurbishment of the Health Education Research Building at Callaghan campus. This is an exciting time to join the School as it prepares to move into new enhanced facilities in 2025.

Ensure timely, accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll and benefits delivery in partnership with Financial Compliance teams and Human Resources.
