Responsibilities
Support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of student recruitment activities.
Develop and implement a broad range of effective communication strategies for the recruitment of TAFE, undergraduate and postgraduate students via lead generation processes.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies which optimise communication to reach non-school leavers through different channels and networks.
Develop and coordinate nurturing strategies for direct student recruitment and leads to be reached via CRM in a timely and relevant manner.
Coordinate, plan, organise, deliver and evaluate activities that promote programs for TAFE and Higher Education with a direct domestic student focus (i.e., campus tours, open days, careers expos, information sessions, and industry events).
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in coordinating and monitoring effective integrated campaigns across various digital communication channels with a focus of lead generation and conversion.
Experience in event planning and public speaking duties.
Knowledge and experience in data analysis and reporting on projects such as conversion data, and competitor analysis.
Interpersonal and influencing skills, forming meaningful and sustainable professional relationships.
Advanced computing skills with the capacity to use CRM software.
All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Create engaging, multi-platform content to bring the student accommodation experience to life.
Provide strong creative input, administrative coordination, and planning skills across activities including, but not limited to, the development of product, category, and campaign-specific marketing communications materials both printed and online, photography and video content, digital applications, and automated EDM journeys.
Support with the ideation, research, and development of key pieces of editorial content to support the promotion of the University Accommodation.
Identify, source, and produce engaging key recruitment collateral, marketing content, and campaign assets for use across publications, web, and email channels on deadline, and to budget.
Work with colleagues and key stakeholders to determine key messages and audiences for communications, and adapt tone and messaging accordingly.
Requirements
Some work experience within relevant marketing and communications field and tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, public relations, business or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation and delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives.
Demonstrated experience with creation and production of various campaign creative assets and content for both digital and offline channels.
