Examination Supervisors at $37.90 per hour (including casual loading) plus super. Tech Assistants at $40.38 per hour (including casual loading) plus super.
Responsibilities
Supervise student seating arrangements and assist with student direction and seating allocation.
Verify student identification and manage examination materials, including attendance forms and question papers.
Monitor student behaviour and address inquiries during examinations, ensuring compliance with examination regulations.
Operate basic audiovisual equipment and computers within examination venues.
Perform miscellaneous duties as instructed by the Chief Supervisor or Senior Administrative Officers, Examinations.
Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time, climbing stairs, and lifting items of up to 5 kgs.
Setting up and preparing electronic equipment and devices for digital examinations (for Tech Assistants).
Employing troubleshooting protocols to address minor technical issues on students' devices as needed (for Tech Assistants).
Logging technical issues promptly using a personal smartphone during exam sessions (for Tech Assistants).
Requirements
Physical fitness and mental agility to maintain exam support duties while standing or walking for extended periods.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic exam environment.
Strong team player with a commitment to reliability.
Proficiency in technology and computer literacy, including email communication, basic AV equipment operation, and online form completion.
Effective communication skills to interact professionally with students from diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
Availability to work Monday to Saturday during exam seasons.
Unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment.
Completion of background checks including, criminal history and education checks.

Requirements
Undergraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
A very high level of proficiency using standard application software such as the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as integrated databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Strong financial acumen, including ability to maintain and update budgets, create financial forecasts, and develop processes and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of financial performance.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and under direction, exercising sound judgement and decision-making abilities.

Demonstrate professional behaviour and techniques for performing a gynaecological or breast examination.
Demonstrate hygienic practices prescribed in the protocols.
Demonstrate consent to a genital examination.
Requirements
Possess biological female genital anatomy and breasts, be comfortable demonstrating and receiving several gynaecological and breast examinations during tutorials.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and confidentiality skills.
Highly reliable, punctual, and willing to travel for tutorials.
Experience in education or healthcare and performing to an audience is desirable.
Willing to travel to Shepparton, Wangaratta, Ballarat and Geelong for tutorials.
