Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and excellence in clinical service delivery and teaching of anaesthesia to DVM and Veterinary Technology students
- Contribute to teaching in veterinary medicine programs through course coordination, lectures, tutorials, and clinical rotations
- Provide advanced anaesthesia services to clinicians in Companion Animal and Large Animal Hospitals
- Involve students in case management and model the highest standards of clinical excellence and professional behavior
Requirements
- Professional College specialist qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to teaching and mentoring veterinary students
- Ability to undertake original and independent research
- Engagement with relevant professional and industry bodies
- Qualification in Veterinary Science or equivalent acceptable for registration in South Australia
