Responsibilities
Provide leadership, expert educational advice, service and support to the University on academic standards and quality and regulatory compliance.
Manage a range of institutional academic quality processes based on the Higher Education Standards Framework (TEQSA 2021).
Oversee quality assurance, performance analysis and improvement of courses and subjects, course re-accreditation and educational partnership quality and compliance.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for objectives and programs affecting a significant organisational area at Divisional or University level.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in liaising with staff at all levels of an organisation, negotiating effective outcomes, consultation and facilitation of group discussions.
Strong leadership skills including the ability to negotiate, motivate, influence and build relationships.
Highly developed organisational and management skills, including the ability to strategically plan, adapt and manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
Demonstrated experience in leading teams to achieve performance goals and proven experience and success in managing staff performance and development.

Base salary will be in the range $98,582 - $107,349 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 7)
Responsibilities
Coordinate program accreditation/recognition applications and ongoing reporting for Faculty programs, including managing site visits/events with overseas accrediting bodies.
Provide progress updates and advice to senior staff on accreditation-related matters.
Serve as primary contact for accreditation bodies and establish collaborative relationships across the Faculty to support program quality management initiatives.
Requirements
A degree with at least four (4) years subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
Experience in quality and accreditation processes, including the ability to interpret complex quality and accreditation body requirements, and adapt them to a UQ context
Demonstrated research, analytical and problem-solving skills and extensive experience in drafting customised reports for senior management, with appropriate attention to detail and consistency
The ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and meet deadlines
A high level of proficiency in using applications and business intelligence systems (i.e. advanced Word & Excel, Adobe Professional, Business Objects, visualisation packages) to provide sophisticated reporting solutions and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply a range of rules, policies and processes with regard to the regulatory and legislative context
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly effective organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of University administrative systems, policies and procedures or the capacity to rapidly acquire this knowledge.
