Responsibilities
Contribute independently or as a team member in collaborative industry-based research with a focus on the commercial development of existing projects targeting novel battery development, particularly Na-ion batteries.
Carry out independent and joint research on the commercial development of cathodes and anode materials for Na-ion batteries.
Design related research activities on commercialisation outcomes for Na-ion batteries and/or ancillary/alternative energy-storage technologies.
Support the dissemination of research outcomes through appropriate channels and outlets.
Undertake discipline-appropriate research activities, e.g. surveys, literature reviews, data gathering and/or recording of results using appropriate research methods.
Assist with the supervision of postgraduate and undergraduate research students, research assistants, and interns in relevant research areas.

Requirements
