Responsibilities
Undertake research activities in collaboration with other researchers predominantly developing hydrological models of snow-free terrestrial Antarctic regions from satellite imagery and UAS imagery
Produce high quality research publications
Requirements
Genuine interest in high quality research in Antarctic moss response to hydrology and climate change
Completed or nearing completion of a PhD in Hydrological modelling, Spatial ecological analysis or related field
Expertise in analysis of remotely sensed imagery from satellite and/or low altitude sensors
Experience analysing imagery in Antarctica or other extreme environments
Experience with spatio-temporal data analysis, prediction, and visualization using a variety of software
