Responsibilities
Enhance regional remuneration frameworks, conduct job evaluations, surveys and audits, assessing their impact on organisation strategy
Advise on total rewards initiatives - Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, Performance & Recognition and Compliance & Reporting
Use data analysis to present and offer solutions to complex challenges to leadership and influence decisions
Provide the HR team and people leaders with guidance on remuneration initiatives
Develop and communicate internal pay policies that reflect best practice, and training relevant material effectively
Establish and maintain tools for market analysis to ensure competitive remunerations strategies
Keep up with current and evolving regional regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and completing regular audits
Lead and execute the annual remuneration review process
Work collaboratively with HR team in ANZ and SEI Total Rewards team in US
Influence and communicate effectively with a variety of key stakeholders across the ANZ and SEI business
Requirements
4-6 years of experience administering annual compensation processes in a global or multi-region environment
Strong experience in Australian/New Zealand remuneration design and communication
Understanding of Benefits Administration
Experience in Compliance & Reporting
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional demonstrated communication skills
In-depth understanding of legislation related to remuneration and superannuation
Strong data literacy with ability to summarise and present insights and business cases
Demonstrated experience running an automated annual renumeration review within a HRIS – Workday experience desirable
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
CCP or equivalent certification is a plus
