Responsibilities
Collaborate and lead interprofessional learning activities.
Deliver clinical speech pathology assessments and interventions within the University’s health training sites.
Provide high-quality education in Speech Pathology, ensuring students receive comprehensive and up-to-date training.
Conduct clinical speech pathology assessments and interventions within the University’s health training sites.
Foster and maintain relevant relationships with external partners to enhance the University’s impact and reach.

Requirements
Clinical expertise with recency or currency in speech pathology practice.
Demonstrated achievement in University level curriculum development using flexible and innovative blended learning & teaching andragogy.
Evident or demonstrated experience delivering high quality coursework learning & teaching including unit coordination, quality assurance reviews, and best practice assessment.
Demonstrated experience in facilitating quality work-integrated learning (WIL) experience for students.
Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills, with a record of contributing to building and maintaining effective links with the discipline, profession, industry, and the wider community.
Commitment to impactful research that contributes to the field of allied health, demonstrated by a record of quality publications and presentations.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated competence in teaching and curriculum development, with experience in paediatric areas and/or multimodal communication highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and initiate and follow-up actions, all with minimal or no supervision.
Demonstrated clinical/industry experience as a speech pathologist.
Clear understanding of the accreditation requirements and skill capabilities of an entry-level speech pathologist.
Understanding of rural healthcare issues and a passion for rural health and wellbeing would be highly desirable.
Ability to use technology to facilitate innovative and engaging presentations of teaching materials and research outcomes.

Requirements
Previous reception and administration experience.
Experience within a healthcare setting, preferably hearing and/or speech pathology (desirable but not essential).
