Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline or an equivalent level of demonstrated experience in managing major projects in complex, diverse operational environments.
Proven experience in leading the development of major projects both in planning and delivery, to achieve the cost, value, time, and quality objectives.
Strong technical skills in complex work related to education, research and health preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and operationally, with the ability to articulate a clear vision, set clear objectives and manage unplanned complex situations in a calm and effective manner.

Requirements
Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or extensive experience leading a team in a large, complex fast-paced organization developing and implementing international student recruitment partnership plans.
Extensive experience in the negotiation and implementation of successful business development and educational partnerships.
Substantial professional experience in the development and execution of compliant agreements with sponsors and partners.
Experience in leading, motivating, and managing a diverse team of staff including managing staff performance with an ability to problem solve and develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives within a team.
Highly effective interpersonal skills and multi-cultural awareness, and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organization skills and high-level planning with good written and oral communications skills including public speaking skills.
