Requirements

Strong written and oral communications.
Ability to work effectively with a broad range of people in an educational and professional environment.
Ability to work cooperatively with employees from other departments and to deal courteously with students, faculty, staff and visitors.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong computer aptitude, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn operational applications.
Physical ability to do custodial work and operate cleaning equipment. Knowledge of troubleshooting vacuums or other housekeeping equipment is a plus.
