Responsibilities

  • The Graduations Officer provides operational support for the graduations function and assists with the coordination of the graduation ceremonies.
  • The Graduations Officer monitors graduation eligibility checks and assesses anomalous data within conferral and presentation events.
  • They also liaise with a wide range of external providers to arrange ceremony logistics and maintain the Graduations website and MyAdelaide.


Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer service experience, ability to work and contribute in a team environment to achieve required outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with a high level of flexibility and adaptability in order to undertake or deliver a range of functions, to meet the business needs of an organisation.
  • Experience in organising and undertaking multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Able to apply effective problem-solving skills to a range of issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle secure documents and sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
