As the Executive Assistant, you will engage your advanced administration skills to develop and implement effective administrative workflow systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the office, ensuring that all priorities and deadlines are met. You will provide professional executive assistance and support to management, and act as an informed interface between the work area and clients.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with strong administration and excellent communication skills to join our team and provide executive assistance and support to management within the school.

Position Requirements
- A relevant degree of an associate diploma with at least two years subsequent experience (desirable).
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of university policies and procedures.
- Proficiency to effectively operate Microsoft/business support software and large corporate information systems.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in providing executive support services to senior management.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on the provision of quality customer service.
