Responsibilities

  • Contribute to shaping a diverse and creative future for AMC
  • Deliver excellence in training and assessment of seafaring qualifications

Requirements

  • An Australian-issued Master less than 45m near coastal Certificate of Competency or higher, with relevant seagoing industry experience
  • An Australian-issued Marine Engine Driver Grade 2 near coastal Certificate of Competency or higher, with relevant seagoing industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and conduct training using a range of innovative and flexible delivery and assessment methods
  • Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in vocational training and assessment and hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment
