Level 4 - $71,097 to $77,179 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
Port Macquarie
As a Residence Support Officer, you will act as a key point of contact for students in residences by providing assistance both face to face and through our CRM system. This role will see you coordinating administrative and operational tasks ensuring everything is running efficiently, whilst taking initiative to develop new systems and processes to help support the student experience.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and work collaboratively with a wider team
- Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, CRM)
