Salary
  • (HE04) $71,460 to $78,326 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide significant assistance across the organisation in the maintenance and uptake of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) – Content Manager.
  • Responsible for file creation, the identification and classification of records, monitoring of data integrity while providing timely and efficient customer service to the wider University community.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with both hardcopy and electronic recordkeeping processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing records using Content Manager or similar EDRMS.
  • Advanced keyboard and computing skills.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft communications, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisation skills with an excellent attention to detail.
