Salary
  • $116,075 - $128,126 pa HEW Level 08 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

Responsibilities
  • Support and enhance business development efforts by identifying, developing, and expanding new fee-for-service opportunities.
  • Engage with clients and develop strong relationships to position the Faculty as a leader in education-related research, training, and consulting services.
  • Proactively track, identify, and secure fee-for-service opportunities.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals, including costing and pricing in consultation with the Faculty’s Finance Team.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and finalisation of successful projects and tenders.
  • Develop, maintain, and support the Faculty’s client base, providing expert advice on Development and External Relations strategy.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to track, identify, and secure business opportunities.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting tenders and proposals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
