The Business Intelligence and Analytics Team have an opportunity available for a motivated and detail orientated Business Intelligence Analyst to join the team.
The successful individual in this role will be responsible for:
- Analysing business requirements
- Facilitating workshops
- Developing specifications
- Project managing the delivery of business intelligence and reporting solutions for the team
The Planning and Analytics team is part of the Division of University Operations who provide enabling services and resource capabilities to support the teaching and research activities. It includes Planning Analysts, Business Intelligence Developers and Data Engineers who compile and interpret data to help the University develop plans, monitor / review progress and achieve its goals.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in analysis and reporting development.
- Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills appropriate for working with a wide range of stakeholders, both within the University and externally.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, expectations and relationship management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data management and business intelligence concepts and practices.
- Skills in data manipulation tools and/or programming languages such as SQL, Power BI, and Cognos.
