About the Role:
We are seeking a candidate to join the Advisory and HQ collaborative and high performing team, handling basic issues and providing accurate and timely assistance while maintaining positive and helpful interactions with students across various channels (phone, email, live chat etc.)
This is a full-time continuing position (36.75 hours per week) being offered at the HEP Level 3 classification and the salary range is $59,080 per annum - $65,229 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contribution. The successful candidate will be required to work full-time on-site at our Whitten Oval Campus.
An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include:
- Providing high-quality, accurate, timely and documented advice to students on a range of general matters
- Documenting and logging all customer interactions accurately in the contact centre system.
- Handling Inbound calls, Email, and Chat inquiries from students and stakeholders professionally and efficiently, navigating student business systems quickly and effectively to provide accurate information and assistance.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload in a busy/demanding environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
