Salary
  • Base salary range: $129,497 – $137,029 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians.
  • Champion student mental health and wellbeing.
  • Drive innovative early intervention and primary prevention initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of a university-wide mental health and wellbeing framework.
  • Develop and execute primary prevention and early intervention programs to proactively manage and support student mental health and wellbeing.
  • Oversee services that maximise student engagement, success and wellbeing.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
  • Current registration with a relevant professional body, such as AASW, AHPRA, PACFA, or ACA.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing high-performance teams and fostering a positive, student-focused culture.
  • Significant experience working with complex case, including responding to disclosures of sexual abuse, family/domestic violence, child safety, and other critical incidents requiring sound decision-making.
  • A current National Police Clearance Certificate and Working with Children Check will be required by the successful applicant.
