Responsibilities
  • Produce all food for Patina at Alumni Court and in-house/outside catering events.
  • Maintain high food quality standards and ensure adherence to recipes.
  • Manage stock, including receiving, storage, rotation, and stocktakes.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, maintain a hygienic workspace, and accurately record temperatures for cold storage and incoming stock.
  • Prepare mise en place, inform the chef of maintenance issues, and assist with general kitchen duties.

Requirements
  • Strong foundation in a la carte and banquet food production.
  • Expertise in kitchen procedures and a genuine passion for food and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Valid driving license is essential.
