About the Role:
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join the Victoria University Admissions and Enrolments team, bringing your expertise in international student compliance and knowledge of the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) framework. This role will focus on ensuring compliance for international students, utilizing data from the Student Management System and other sources to deliver reports to PRISMS, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making across international student cohorts.
As a Senior Enrolment Support Officer International, you will also provide operational support to the Manager of Enrolments, assist with issue resolution, and contribute to the development of procedures related to enrolment processes for international onshore students.
This is a Full time, Fixed term position (36.75 hours per week) HEP Level 6 classification with salary range of $85,667 - $92,728 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven experience in ESOS compliance and international student enrolments, with a strong background in data analysis.
- The ability to run and action reports from PRISMS and the University's student system to monitor changes in international student enrolment status, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in PRISMS. Experience with bulk uploading of eCOE details to the University's student system is essential.
- A capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while handling a high-volume workload and competing priorities.
- A collaborative working style, with a strong team-oriented approach.
